My Work

Where I've worked

Seeing both sides of the coin; leading large and small creative and production teams across start ups and large enterprise in some of the toughest sectors - Banking, Telco, HR-Tech, Sec-Tech, Government, Retail & Manufacturing across Australia and Europe.

From launching new product design in handsets, to driving digital disruption and transformation through service design by reducing call centre wait times to digital self-servicing, and working with customers to develop new product features for automobiles, I’ve been fortunate to have been part of some seismic shifts in human-technology behaviours in my career as both a leader and individual contributor.

Delivery work

Over the past two decades, I've held roles both individual contributor and leadership roles, advocating for best practices, widespread collaboration and communication, coaching people, and directing teams that contribute to brand digital customer experiences. Specific examples are available on request.
